ABOUT THE PROJECT
HOPE Renewed
The Shoshannah Orchestrating HOPE Project was born out of a dream to transform composer Shoshannah Sarah Chouake's (1956-2018) solo piano masterpiece, HOPE, into a fully orchestrated symphonic work to celebrate and honor her legacy. The fourteen-minute piece, dedicated to Shoshannah's mother, a Holocaust survivor, was composed in the mid 1980's in honor of the survivors of the Shoah. Our dream is to see this moving, powerful work performed by orchestras worldwide during Holocaust Memorial Week as well as part of Yom HaShoah observances in Israel.

SUPPORT OUR CAMPAIGN
The campaign to orchestrate Shoshannah's masterpiece, Hope, is already in progress but we need your financial help to fundraise the rest of the project. We have hired the internationally renowned composer, Jonathan Leshnoff, to arrange and orchestrate Hope. Maestro Leshnoff is excited and honored to take on this work and has the sensitivity and musical expertise to translate Shoshannah's music into a fully orchestrated work, while at the same time staying faithful to Shoshannah's signature style and passion.
